Mental Health Community Partner : Family Mental Health Network Summit

Register for 2025 MHANYS Family Mental Health Network Summit

Please note that the 2025 MHANYS Family Mental Health Network Summit will now be held virtually, rather than in person. Some activities have been canceled due to the early conclusion of our federal grant.

The virtual summit will still feature certified Mental Health Community Partners and CarePath Coaches, who will share how the program has positively impacted their communities and offer insights. We will also hear from our five Project Sites about their experiences with our new capacity-building demonstration project.

With the 2025 Family Mental Health Network Summit taking place online, a registration link will be sent to participants a few days prior to the event.

Mental Health Community Partner: Training : Capital District In-Person Certification Training

Register for Mental Health Community Partner : Capital District In-Person Certification Training

Mental Health Community Partners (MHCP) supports the recovery of adults and youth aged 12+ with high mental health needs in transitioning from unwell to well. MHCP adopts a relational approach to mental health - supporting not only the person in recovery, but also their chosen supporters. The MHCP certification training is 9 hours online, plus 3 hours of offline assignments. Upon completion of the live training, you will be certified as a Mental Health Community Partner, and receive a certificate for 12 hours towards continuing education credit.
