Mental Health Community Partner Sites represent a diversity of service settings and populations served all across New York State. Certified Community Partners work in healthcare settings, substance use, crisis response, youth/family services, schools, immigrant/refugee services, LGBTQ+ community, disability community, faith communities, veterans services, justice-involved persons, housing, workforce, and more.

Mental Health Community Partners work in NYC, Long Island, the Capital District, Central NY, Western NY, the North Country, and many places in between. 

All across New York State, our network of peers, professionals, and leaders are dedicated to supporting family & community mental health.
